Welcome and thank you for choosing TOKO. TOKO provides an online and mobile gaming, messaging and social networking platform via a mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is subject to, our Terms of Service and User Agreement (the “Terms”). Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

We are fully aware of the importance of personal information to you and will do our best to protect the security and reliability of your personal information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources. Before using our products or Services, please be sure to read and fully understand this Privacy Policy. 1. Information we collect and how we collect your information

1.1 Registration information

When you download the App and create an account (“Account”), we may collect certain information (“Registration Information”) about you, such as:

Name;

Username;

Email address

Gender identity;

Date of birth;

Sexual preference;

Photographs;

Location, and

Login information for social media accounts that you connect to your TOKO Account (this could include, for example, your Facebook and Google accounts).

The information we collect helps to enhance the App and verify our Users (robots are not welcome!). Registration Information such as your sexual preference, name and username may be visible to other Users who view your profile page.

1.2 Profile Information

We recommend and encourage you (and all our members) to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourself. We also do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, and other sensitive information which is open to abuse and misuse on your profile.

When you post information about yourself or use the messaging function to communicate with other Users, the amount of personal information you share is at your own risk.

1.3 Purchases Information

If you decide to purchase any of our services, we will process your payment information and retain this securely for the prevention of fraud and for audit/tax purposes.

TOKO uses automated decisions to prevent fraudulent payment transactions being processed as part of its anti-fraud procedures. In order to do this, our systems check payment transactions for behaviour that indicates breaches of our Terms and Conditions of Use. If a transaction meets certain criteria that demonstrate that the Terms and Conditions of Use are likely to have been breached and the transaction is likely to be fraudulent, the relevant transaction may automatically be blocked. Where a transaction is blocked, the user will be notified that their transaction cannot be processed and affected users can contact TOKO to contest the decision.

1.4 Geolocation Information

If you have given TOKO access to your location in your device settings, when you use your cell phone, we will collect information about WiFi access points as well as other location information about your longitude and latitude and may save your device’s coordinates to offer certain features to you. This information helps us identify your physical location and we may use it to personalize the App and make it easier for you to interact with other Users, by enabling the general locality information to be displayed to Users seeing your profile and showing you the profiles of other Users who are near you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. Generally, we use the information that we have collected to operate and maintain our Services and to respond to your requests and concerns. If you provide information for a certain reason, we will use the information in connection with the reason for which it was provided. Below are some ways in which we use your information:

- improve, promote and develop the Services;

- notify you about changes to our Services;

- communicate with you and provide you with user support;

- enable you to share user content and interact with other users;

- enable our messenger service to function (if you choose to use this function);

- enable you to participate in activities on our App or Site or any other Services;

- allow you to participate in interactive features of the App;

- help us detect and combat abuse, harmful activity, fraud, spam, and illegal activity;

- ensure your safety and security including reviewing user content, messages and associated metadata for breach of our Community Guidelines and other inappropriate content;

- personalize the content you receive and provide you with tailored content that will be of interest to you;

- administer the App including troubleshooting.

We are not in the business of selling your information. We consider this information to be a vital part of our relationship with you. However, we may share your information with certain third parties under certain circumstances, as described below.

We sometimes engage other companies or individuals to perform certain business-related functions, including business partners, payment providers, service providers, analytics providers, advertisers/advertising networks, etc. Your information may be provided to them for such functions including, without limitation, payment processing, technology maintenance, and professional analysis.

3.2 Our affiliates or group members: We may also share your information with other members, subsidiaries, or affiliates of our corporate group, to provide the Services to you, including improving and optimizing the platform, preventing illegal use and supporting users.

3.3 Law Enforcement: We will share your information with law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other organizations if we are legally required to do so, or if such use is reasonably necessary to: 1) comply with any legal obligations, processes or requests; 2) enforce our Terms of Service and other agreements, policies, and standards, including investigating any potential breach thereof; 3) detect, prevent or otherwise address security, fraud or technical issues; or 4) protect the rights, property or security, of ourselves, our users, a third party or the public as required or permitted by law.

3.4 Public content: You may submit certain information or content through the Services, such as comments, feedback, audio clips, video clips, etc. Any such information that is meant to be shown to the public on our App will be disclosed publicly. This policy does not apply to uses of any such information by third parties

We endeavour to protect you from unauthorized access or alteration, disclosure or destruction of your information through responsible and feasible security measures that are universal within the industry. We have implemented reasonable security practices and documented information security policies which comprise all relevant security control measures that are commensurate with the protection of the information assets (including your data). If you deem that your account or information is no longer secure, please notify us immediately and we will take necessary actions as expeditiously as possible.

You must be careful and cautious before uploading text, images and others when engaging in our Services since your voluntarily or publicly sharing of information may involve personal data about you or others.

Once you have completed your account registration and put in place reasonable and necessary authentication measures, you can review, modify, and delete the information you have submitted to us. In general, you can browse, modify, and delete your own information at any time, but you may not be able to modify certain information due to security or identification purposes.

You can also unsubscribe from certain emails and notifications by clicking the “unsubscribe” button or link or switching off relevant features. You can opt out from certain cookie-related processing by following the instructions given by the manual or help screen of your browsers.

F. Right to change your privacy settings. You can change your privacy settings on our App, such as making your location/ gender/ age private.

G. Right to close your account. If you no longer want to use our Services, and would like your account to be deregistered, you may cancel your account via “Setting-Delete your account”. You may also contact us via the contact information provided in this Policy, and we will provide you with further assistance and guide you through the process. However, please note that once you choose to delete your account, you will not be able to reactivate your account or retrieve any of the content or information associated or linked to that account.

H. Right to complaint. In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how we process your personal data, please contact us in the first instance through the contact information provided in this Policy and we will endeavor to deal with your request as soon as possible. This is without prejudice to your right to launch a claim with the relevant data protection authority.
